Moroccan Mint Green Tea – Loose Leaf

Preparation

Use 2 to 3 g per cup. Infuse for 3 to 5 minutes in 80-85 °C water. Water that is too hot can accentuate the bitterness of the green tea.

Iced version

Prepare a slightly more concentrated infusion, let it cool, and then serve over ice cubes. You can add fresh mint leaves or a slice of lemon.
