Our coffees

Where do your coffees come from?

Our coffees are selected from trusted producers around the world, including Ethiopia, Brazil, and other distinctive origins. Each coffee is chosen for its flavour profile, quality, and individual character.

What is the difference between your grind options?

We offer four options to suit your brewing method:

Whole bean: grind your coffee yourself to suit your preferences.
Espresso grind: a fine grind designed for espresso machines.
Standard grind: a versatile option for filter coffee makers or cafetières.
Coarse grind: specifically for French press brewing.

Are your coffees artisan-roasted?

Yes. Each batch is roasted using a precise profile tailored to its origin, to preserve the beans’ natural aromas and achieve a balanced cup.

Orders and delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days for mainland France, 7–14 business days for Europe, and 10–21 business days for international destinations.

These times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and during busy periods. A confirmation email with a tracking number is sent once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched. You can also check your order status through your customer account.

Payment and returns

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Shop Pay and other secure payment options.

Can I return a product?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the eligibility conditions and exclusions in our Return and Refund Policy. Please contact us before sending any item back.
