Apple Cinnamon Rooibos – Caffeine-free infusion

This blend combines the naturally woody roundness of rooibos with fruity apple notes and the warmth of cinnamon. Caffeine-free, it can be enjoyed hot or iced at any time of day.

Preparation

Use 2 to 3 g per cup. Steep for 5 to 8 minutes in 90-95°C water. Rooibos can also be served cold over ice cubes.
